PLEASE NOTE: our Pride Gear products are indeed imports and not our proprietary SoFonda Original designs, as with all our apparel and giftware lines. You may see these listed Pride Gear products for sale elsewhere, but probably not at our low prices. Keep in mind, as imports these products may take as long as 4-8 weeks for delivery under the most optimum conditions, so plan accordingly. AS SUCH, we do not handle issues with these products ourselves. Please let us know if there is a problem with your order and we will be happy to put you in contact with suppliers concerning items purchased should the need arise. Pretty much like when the manual for your new toaster says, “Return to manufacturer, don’t return to Dollar General.” We can say that to date, none of our customers have expressed any problems.
